The crew has been on this restoration for much of the summer. We’ve got it ready for the carpenters now. We started out by salvaging stone on an addition that needed removing. Then reconfigured the entire east wall, putting in an arch, where the new addition will be added. The entire inside walls had plaster that needed removal and pointing. The exterior had lots of vines, moss, lichens and tar that needed removal. Here’s some before and after pics.
